Brazil – Market Overview.
- Largest data center market in Latam: Brazil accounts for >50% of regional capacity, with ~900–1,000 MW installed and a pipeline expected to reach 2.5–3 GW by 2030, driven by hyperscale cloud and AI.
- Structural demand for domestic processing: Around 60% of Brazil’s digital workload is still processed abroad, creating structural demand for new domestic hyperscale capacity.
